This is a very honest car dealer. We brought our car in twice. The cost of maintenance is very reasonable. There assessment is very honest. They only fix whatever is necessary. I can’t say the same for Audi. Mercedes produces way better cars. This dealer also gives us a loaner. That makes the whole process smoother. We used to go to the Ottawa Mercedes it’s difficult to make an appointment and there’s no loaner. In all I find the mechanics in Quebec are more knowledgeable than those in Ontario.

We were vacationing in the Mount Tremblant area and had an issue with one of the tires which we were quite concerned about.. We called up this dealership and they were very quick to check the availability of the parts (tire & rim) and order it for delivery on the same day. They were also kind enough to accommodate our request of having the appointment on the same day even though the schedule was very tight. The service was very professional, quick and efficient.
